I have been in business for 9 years and feel fortunate that my business is growing in a down market. This has created a strange problem for me however. I have more buyers and sellers that want to work with me then I can handle. This is a problem because my business was built on excellent service, follow through and knowledge of my market beyond that of other Realtors.
Now that I am looking to grow my team it is difficult to find agents with follow through and drive to work. I am also looking for agents to help me staff a model home that will be opening in early may of 2011. We have 55 town homes in downtown Frederick starting in the high 200’s and positions are available.
A real estate license and min of 20 hours per week is required. Please be motivated and willing to learn. Compensation is 100% commission with an estimated range of $40,000 to $120,000 per year.
